Method
- Melt the butter, Curly Wurlys, and golden syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
- Place the Rice Bubbles in a large bowl and pour the hot mixture over the top. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined slice tray, spreading it out evenly.
- Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the top of the slice.
- Refrigerate until completely set, then slice and serve.
Notes
- This recipe makes a large batch and can be halved for smaller groups.
- Store the slice in the fridge for a firmer texture.
- Use gluten-free chocolate for the topping if needed.
