Curly Wurly Slice

A quick and easy no-bake gluten-free slice made with Rice Bubbles, melted Curly Wurlys, and a smooth chocolate topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups gluten-free Rice Bubbles
  • 3 packets Curly Wurlys
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 125 g butter
  • chocolate for topping

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter, Curly Wurlys, and golden syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Place the Rice Bubbles in a large bowl and pour the hot mixture over the top. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined slice tray, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the top of the slice.
  5. Refrigerate until completely set, then slice and serve.

Notes

 
  • This recipe makes a large batch and can be halved for smaller groups.
  • Store the slice in the fridge for a firmer texture.
  • Use gluten-free chocolate for the topping if needed.
